ASSOCIATION POLICY
Any use or display of the United States Fighting Arts
Association trademark name, logo, and slogans without the
expressed written consent of the United States Fighting Arts
Association is strictly prohibited.
United States Fighting Arts Association certification including
but not limited to membership, instructorship, rank, seminars,
recognition certificates and products may not be reproduced.
Instructors licensing may only be renewed for active members in
good standing.
Any of our members or instructors who wish to teach the
curriculum and use our name must posses:
1)
Instructors ranking
2)
Instructors teaching Certificate
3)
Chartered membership
All instructors will maintain active membership by attending
either the annual instructors conference or any of our scheduled
seminars at any location in the U.S. or abroad.
All US Fighting Arts Assoc. instructors may test and promote
their own students. However, all recognition and/ or
certification must come directly from our headquarters and must
be approved by Professor/ Grandmaster Vincent J. Sands -Soke.
No US Fighting Arts Assoc certification will be processed
without proper application and corresponding fees.
The US Fighting Arts Assoc. is the only official governing body
and authority for providing any and all certificates and
products bearing the name or logo of the same association.
All directors, representatives or instructors are appointed by
The US Fighting Arts Assoc. headquarters. No instructor or black
belt promotion will be issued to instructors who do not have the
time in grade with the exception of unpredictable factors such
as motivation, knowledge, skill, consistency, time and natural
ability.
Only active and participating members in good standing with the
association can be considered for promotion.
The US Fighting Arts Assoc. does not cross rank or issue
uncertified promotions. |
